A small group that meets in person to follow up on what everyone is building.

Everyone brings something they are working on. A project, a half-idea, a thing that has been stuck for a month.

We go around, show progress since last time, and say what is next. The room asks questions. That is the whole format.

It is deliberately small. We read every application ourselves and reply personally.

How it works

    Apply

    Sign in and tell us what you are working on. A URL is enough - we read the title and description off the page.

    We read it

    Two of us go through every application by hand. No automated email will ever tell you the outcome.

    Show up

    Say which of your projects you are bringing, so everyone knows what the night looks like before it starts.

  4. 04

    It is logged

    Afterwards each project gets a write-up: what was said, what the room thought, what is next. Then it starts again.
